I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Tuscany. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The attention to detail was outstanding, with the maids changing towels daily and the breakfast offering a wide selection of fresh pastries and cold meats. I especially loved the private balcony with a stunning view over Val d'Orcia, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from traditional shops and restaurants in San Quirico. The value for money was excellent, making this hotel a top choice for exploring the area.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Tuscany and was thoroughly impressed. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the top-notch facilities and services provided. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impeccable. From the well-maintained rooms with air conditioning and stunning views, to the private balconies that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the picturesque surroundings, every aspect was carefully thought out. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of pastries and croissants to start the day on a tasty note.

Everything exceeded my expectations, nothing to improve.

We had a great time at this hotel! The first thing we loved was the amazing view from the pool area. It was so relaxing to sit by the pool and look out at the beautiful scenery. Another thing we appreciated was the comfortable beds in our room. We slept great every night. Plus, the hotel was located in a convenient spot, close to many great restaurants and attractions.

The customer service. Some of the employees didn't seem very interested in helping us or answering our questions.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and the pool area was beautifully lit with festive decor. the staff was also friendly and accommodating. the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with many nearby towns and vineyards to visit. the room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed.

The food was a huge disappointment. the breakfast consisted of mostly packaged and processed options, with little variety.

The spa facilities were disappointing.

Our recent stay at Casanova - Wellness Center was absolutely fantastic. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of the Val d'Orcia from our room and the outdoor pool. We loved that it was within walking distance of the charming town of San Quirico d'Orcia, making it convenient to explore without the need for parking. The facilities were top-notch, especially the thermal pools and steam rooms which were a real treat. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering unique options like rice or soy milk, goji berries, and fresh peaches and apricots. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. a great location for day trips and relaxation.

The only drawback we experienced was that some of the staff seemed uninformed about the area. However, this did not overshadow the otherwise wonderful experience we had.
